Our program focuses on player development! We focus our instruction on basketball fundamentals, along with strength, conditioning, speed and agility training. Our program runs from March through the end of June. Each team is given two practices each week throughout the entire season, and each team will participate in anywhere from 5 to 7 tournaments. This season we will be having teams at the 5th grade, 6th grade, 7th grade levels and 8th Grade. The teams are open to girls from any town.
