ALL PLAYERS MUST RESIDE IN THE YOUR TOWN OR ATTEND SCHOOL IN THE TOWN.”
The league is grade based but does have an age cutoff. Players in the 4th grade cannot turn 11 prior to 1/1/13, 5th grade cannot turn 12 prior to 1/1/13, 6th grade cannot turn 13 prior to 1/1/13, 7th grade cannot turn 14 prior to 1/1/13 and 8th grade cannot turn 15 prior to 1/1/13 players MUST play in their grade or above, they cannot play in a grade below regardless of their age. Ex: player in the 5th grade that is only 10 yrs old would have to play in the 5th grade division. There are no exceptions to the age cutoffs.
